As time went on, I became busier on weekends due to theatre commitments. The rides became monthly events and then finally it seems an annual event.
As I now have more time due to less shows, I aim to make the bike rides a monthly or bi-monthly event.

Our ride last weekend covered the Maroondah aqueduct trail and then west over to the ring road and the Hume Fwy extension.

I tried out Gpsed to track the journey which worked reasonably well. It used relatively little battery power on the blackberry and overlayed the finished journey on Google Maps.

I must not have resumed it properly as the journey stops where we had lunch.
